Duck Egg Noodles (Thin + Thick)
Thin, fresh duck egg noodles with a rich, buttery smoothness without the alkalic taste. The thin noodles are pressed through a flattening machine 4 times to ensure a flatter and smoother texture. Our noodles are made with flour and duck eggs only. With a larger egg yolk and less watery in texture, duck eggs help to ensure the noodles are creamier and silkier, with a richer taste to the taste buds.
Each piece (80gm) is vacuum-packed to ensure its freshness and a safe delivery to our customers. These thin and springy noodles is most recommended especially for dry-based or curry-based dishes. Besides the usual wanton noodles, our duck egg noodles can also be used for stir-fry yee mee and beef noodles soup.
For beginners, we recommend pairing these noodles with our Ma Noodles 1964 signature sauce – a pork-free recipe perfected in-house to best match our duck egg noodles for the absolute tasting delight.
